Flittermouse Barn is a 200 year old barn lovingly converted in 2022/23 to a true boutique retreat . Featuring open ceilings that reveal the timber wood structure, exposed brickwork, polished concrete floors, including a wood-fired hot tub which is just perfect for a luxury break for two near the seaside, set in 37 acres of managed pasture and woodland, nestled on the edge of Hornsea Mere - Yorkshire's largest lake and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
 

The cottage is decorated and furnished in a calm yet luxurious style and all on one level, guests will not be disappointed as they enter into the open-plan living area home to a well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting area with wood burning stove - a fantastic place to relax and enjoy this peaceful location. Follow the spacious hallway housing two double wardrobes to the master bedroom, featuring a king size bed, wall-mounted Samsung 'frame' Smart television, and the main bathroom oozing with claw foot bath and generous shower.  
 

Located in the grounds of Weatherhill Farm in East Yorkshire with views open countryside, the outside space is fully landscaped with a covered sitting and barbecue area. Stargaze from the wood-fired hot tub or take in the sights and sounds of the woodland from the covered seating and barbecue area at the foot of the garden. Nature lovers may get a glimpse of Roe deer and owls whilst listening to the woodpecker drumming away in the distance. This luxury cottage is all you need for a relaxing break in rural East Yorkshire. The barn is within easy reach of Hornsea, Beverley and the East Coast of Yorkshire.
